The jail badge members were removed by flipper98, the crying baby. However, the reason behind this is not important.

We ask that all jail members please rejoin the group and you will be accepted back into it as soon as possible. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for acceptance due to the large amount of users that are expected to be requesting membership. To request your membership back, please visit the division's homepage.
